INGREDIENTS:

1kg Chicken,

1tbs salt,

2 medium sized tomato,

4 green chilis,

2tbs ginger garlic paste,

2 onion(paste),

1/2tbs chili flakes,

1/2tbs turmeric powder,

1 cup cooking oil,

1/2tbs cumin powder,

1/2tbs coriander powder etc.

GARNISHING INGREDIENTS:

1/4cup ginger(sliced), 1/4cup lemon(sliced), 1/3cup green coriander leavesetc.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook chicken: First of all you turn on the flame, set a pane, add cooking oil and heat it. Now add chicken and salt and cook until chicken change color and shows golden brown color. After that you loose the oil from chicken who is in extra.

Combine all ingredients: You add all species in chicken and cook till 5-8 mins. After this time you turn the low flame and cover the pane and cook 7-8 mins. After this time your chicken karahi is ready for garnishing.

GARNISHING: Now garnish chicken karahi with green coriander leaves, ginger and lemon.

Finally chicken karahi is ready for dinning.
