INGREDTENTS:

100g milk,

1&1/2cup sugar,

1/2cup cocoa powder,

4tbs conflour,

1/2cup milk powder,

1/2cup milky chocolate(cooking chocolate),

1cup chocolate chips(choco chips),

400ml whipping cream etc.

INSERUCTIONS:

Prepare Coca mixture: First of all take a bowl add milk, sugar coca powder, milk powder, conflour and mix with the help of any instrument(like whisk or sapoon). Now add mixture in pane and cook until well smooth and add cooking chocolate and mix it until well combine(during this work, so that this mixture can’t attach with pane).After this work done, mixture set a side for rest and cool.

Prepare whipping cream: Take a bowl add cream and beat until well stiff peaks form.

Beat coca mixture: After cool down coca mixture, beat mixture well up to smooth.

Combine all things: Add cream in coca mixture and beat up to 10-15mins. Add 1/2cup choco chips and mix with the help of sapoon.

Garnishing: Garnish the chocolate ice cream with choco chips.

Freeze: freeze chocolate ice cream for 8 hours.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Freeze ice cream in steel bowl and pane, because ice cream freeze till below to well. And no any part of uncool see in ice cream.
