INGREDIENTS:

500g chicken(boneless),

1tbs red chilli flakes,

1tbs salt,

1/2tbs turmeric powder,

1ts coriander powder,

1tsp tikka powder,

1/2tbs ginger garlic paste,

1tsp lemon juice,

1tsp soya sauce,

1/2tsp food color,

1tbs chilli sauce,

1&1/2cup conflour,

1/2tbs yogurt,

1/2tbs baking powder,

1tbs oregano(optional),

1/2cup carrot(sliced),

1/2cup cucumber(sliced),

1cup cabbage(cut),

1/2cup capsicum(sliced),

1/2cup tomato(sliced) etc.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Prepare dough: First of all you take a bowl add con-flour, yogurt, baking powder, cooking oil(1tsp), garlic powder(1tsp) , salt(1/2tsp) and mix it well. Use warm water as required during dough kneed and make it well. Cover it and set a side.

2.Marinate chicken: Take a bowl add chicken, chilli flakes, salt, turmeric powder, tikka powder, lemon juice, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, food color and mix it well and rest it upto 30mins.

3.Prepare veges: Take a another bowl add cabbage, tomato, carrot, capsicum, cucumber and mix it well. Set aside.

COOK INGREDIENTS:

1.Chicken: Take a pane add cooking oil, chicken and cook it 4-5 mins. Now cover the pane and cook on low medium flame upyo15-20 mins. Put coal in sapon in chicken pane and add some drops of oil at coal and cover it well. and chicken is ready for using.

2. Dough: take a dough divided in 6 bowls and make a bread through cooking ruler. Similarly to all make it and cook in pane and set a side.

Make Sauce’s:

1.Red sauce: Take a grinder add onion(half medium sized), garlic pieces(3-4), white pepper(1/2tsp), salt(1/2tsp), lemon juice(1tsp), cooking oil(1tsp), mayoniza(2-3tbs) and grind it well. Set a side.

2.White sauce: Take a grinder add onion(medium sized half), garlic piece(1), sat(1tsp), lemon juice(1tsp), soya sauce(1tsp), chilli flakes(1tsp) and grind it well. Set a side.

ASSEMBLE ALL INGREDIENTS:

Finally take a bread add white sauce and make layer, similarly to red sauce. Add veges, chicken and again red and white sauce and pack in pepper. Similarly to all. And chicken shawarma is ready for serving and eating and remember it you serve with white and red sauce .
