Ingredients:
1/2 kg basmati rice,
500g chicken(boneless),
1/2cup carrots,
1/2cup capsicum,
3/4 cup cabbage,
3 eggs,
1/2 tsp sugar,
1/4 tsp salt(or to taste),
1 chicken pack,
1 tsp black pepper,
1/2 tsp white pepper,
1 tbs vinegar,
1.5 tbs soya sauce,
1 tbs garlic (paste/chopped),
1/2 cup green onion leaves,
1 cup cooking oil etc.
Instructions:
Prepare eggs:
First of all you turn on the flame and put a pane and add cooking oil ang add eggs and cooked it. Now you cook eggs in small pieces because eggs use in chines rice in small piece. And set aside.
Prepare rice:
Firstly you turn on the flame and put a pane, add water and heat it. Now add 1 tbs salt and add rice and boil it. After that set aside.
Prepare chicken and vegetables handi:
Now turn on the flame, and put a pane and add cooking oil. Add garlic paste and cooked until show light brown color and add chicken and cooked until changed color until 2-3 mins. Now add carrots, capsicum, cabbage, sugar and salt and cooked it well. Now chicken mixture is ready for usage.
Combine all mixtures:
Now add rice in chicken and vegetables handi and mix it well. Add chicken powder, white pepper, black pepper and eggs and mix it well. And add green onion leaves and mix it well. Now garnishing with green onion leaves. Now your Chinese rice is ready for serving.
