Ingredients:

1/2 kg chicken boneless(cubes),

250gms split bengal gram,

8-10 button chilis,

1-2 tbs ginger garlic paste,

1/2 tbs salt(or to taste),

1 tbs coriander seeds(rousted and crushed),

1tbs cumin seeds,

3-4 cup water,

1/4 cup coriander leaves,

1/4 cup mint leaves,

2-3 green chilis,

1 tsp whole spices powder,

1tbs yogurt,

1-2 eggs,

2 cup cooking oil etc.

Instructions:

Prepare chicken mixture: First of all you turn on the flame, set a pane, add split bengal gram, water and bring it to boil. Add chicken, button red chilis, ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and mix it well. Cover the pane and cook upto 8-10 mins at low flame. After that you reduce water at high flame.

Prepare grind mixture: You add coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilis in grinder and grind it well.

Combine all things: Now add chicken mixture, whole spices, yogurt, eggs in grind mixture in grinder and grind until well combine.

Shape: You make cube shape kabab. Now your kabab is ready for cooking

Cooking time:

Cook kabab: You turn on the flame, set a pane, add cooking oil and heat it . Now add kabab and cooked until both sides are show golden brown color.

Serve: You kabab is ready for serve dinning. to your family and friends.

Refrigerate: You can stored kabab for 1 month in freezer.
