
INGREDIENTS:
1/2kg chicken,
1/2cup yogurt(whisked),
2&1/2tbs tandoori masala,
1tbs soy sauce,
3-4tbs ginger garlic paste,
2-3tbs black pepper,
1/2tbs salt(or to taste),
2tbs lemon juice,
1medium onion,
1tbs garlic(chopped),
1inch piece of garlic(julienne),
2cup cabbage,
1cup carrot(julienne),
1/2cup capsicum(julienne),
2tbs soy sauce,
3tbs chili flakes,
1/2cup green onion,
3/4cup mayonnaise,
4-5tbs tomato ketchup,
1tbs hot sauce,
1/2kg rice,
1cup cooking oil etc.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare all mixtures:
1.Masalas: Take a bowl, add yogurt, tandoori masala, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and mix it well.
2.Rice: Add water in pane and heat it, add rice and bring to boil it with salt.
3.Marinate chicken: Add chicken in masalas and marinate it. Set aside for 15 mins.
4.Sauce: Now take a bowl add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, salt, hot sauce, black pepper and mix it well.
5.Cook grave: Take a bowl add cooking oil, garlic(chopped), chili flakes and fry 1-2mins.
COOKING TIME:
1.Cook vegetables: Take a pane add cooking oil and heat it. Add garlic paste, ginger, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, soy sauce, salt, chili flakes and mix it well & stir fry for 2mins. Also add green onion and cook 1mins.
2.Cook tandoori chicken: Take a pane add cooking oil and heat it. Add onion and cook until shows golden brown color. Add marinated chicken and cook for 4-5mins. Now cook at low flame for 8-10mins. Then cook at high flame until oil separates. Put a coal in chicken and cover the pane. Give coal smoke for 2mins
3.ASSEMBLING: Take a bowl, make a rice layer add grave. Add cooked vegetables, add tandoori chicken and also add sauce. And your chicken bbq rice recipe is ready for dinning.
