INGREDIENTS:

1/4cup basmati rice(soaked),

1/2cup sugar,

1liter milk,

1/2tbs kewra water,

50g khoa,

1/4tbs cardamom powder,

1cup dry fruits(did you like to eat) etc.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Rice grind: Take a grinder add rice and grind it.

Milk: Take a pane add milk and boil it upto 4-7mins.

Cook time: Add grind rice in milk and cook8-10mins, add sugar, cardamom powder and mix it well and cook 10-15mins at low flame. Now add khoa, dry fruits, kewar water and cook until 4-5mins.

GARNISHING: Garnishing the kheer with dry fruits did you like to eat. And your kheer is ready for serving.
