
INGREDIENTS:
1kg chicken,
1tbs salt,
2tbs green chillis,
2tbs lemon juice,
1pack cream,
10-12 cashew nuts(paste),
3 onion(paste),
1tbs coriander powder,
1tbs cumin powder,
2tbs green coriander leaves,
2tbs lemon(sliced),
1tbs ginger(sliced),
3tbs ginger garlic paste,
1tbs white pepper powder,
1cup cooking oil etc.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Marinate chicken: First of all take a bowl add chicken, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste(1tbs), salt and green chillis and marinate for until 30mins.
Cook chicken: Take a pane add cooking oil and add ginger garlic paste &cook 1-2 mins. Add onion paste and cook 7-9 mins. After that add marinated chicken and cook till shows light golden color. Add all masalas, cashew paste, and cream and cook till15-20 mins Now cook chicken well.
Garnishing: Garnish the white chicken korma with lemon, ginger sliced and green coriander leaves.
Serve: Serve with bread to your family and friends, and enjoy food.
