1.Ingredients:

1.5kg chicken,

1.5litter water,

3tbs vinegar,

1tbs salt(or to taste),

2tbs garlic paste,

1tbs chaat masala,

1/2tsp cumin powder,

1 cup yogurt,

1/2tbs garam masala,

1/2tbs turmeric powder,

1/4tbs citric acid,

1tbs green chili sauce,

3tbs lemon juice,

1/2tbs food color,

1tbs coriander powder,

1-2tbs red chili(or to taste),

2tbs mustard paste,

1/2tbs paprika powder,

2-3 cup cooking oiletc.

GARNISHING INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup coriander leaves,

3 green chilis(chopped),

5-8 ginger(long sliced)etc.

2.INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare Chicken for frying: First of all you take a bowl, add water, salt, garlic paste and mix it well. Add chicken and mix it well. And cover the bowl, let it rest for 30 mins. And set aside.

Combine all things: Now take a bowl, add yogurt(whisked), red chili, chaat masala, coriander powder, paprika powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, food color, salt, citric acid, green chili sauce, mustard paste, lemon juice and mix until well combine.

Fry chicken: Before, frying you remove chicken from water and take in pores bowl. You turn on the flame, set a pane add cooking oil and heat it for 2-3 mins. Add chicken at low flame and fry until both sides show light golden brown color.

Marinate chicken: You add chicken in marinated prepared mixture. And marinate it well combine.

3.COOKING TIME:

Steam cook the chicken: Take a pane add water and heat it 1-2mins. Now add steamed pane at water and put a paper and add marinated chicken and cover it well and cook3-4 mins at high flame. Now turn the flame at low medium flame and cooked until 35- 45 mins.

Garnishing: You garnishing the chicken with coriander leaves, green chilis and ginger.

Serve: Now your steam roast chicken is ready for dinning serve.

4.TIPS AND TRICKS:

Don’t over cook chicken,

Don’t over heat the water.
