
INGREDIENTS:
2kg Fish,
1tbs coriander powder,
1tbs cadammom powder,
2tbs lemon juice,
1tbs red chilli powder,
1tbs red chilli flakes,
1/2tbs turmeric powder,
1tbs chaat masala,
1tbs black pepper,
2tbs ginger garlic paste,
1tbs salt(to taste),
1tbs carom seeds,
1cup gram flour,
1cup tomato ketchup,
1tbs green coriander,
1cup cooking oil etc.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare all ingredients:
1.Fish: Firstly you take a bowl add salt and vinegar and marinate fish for 30mins. After that wash the fish and remove black layer from the fish completely. and set a side.
2.Masala: First of all you take a bowl add all masalas and mix it well. Add ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and gram flour and some drops of water mix it well.
3.Marination: Take a bowl and put fish and masalaand marinate the fish completely well and set aside for 8-9 hours/ overnight.
COOKING TIME:
Fry fish: Take a pane add cooking oil and heatup upto 2-3 mins and add fish and cook till shows golden brown color. Fry all pieces of wish similarly.
GARNISHING: Garnish the fish with green coriander leaves.
SERVE: Serve fish with tomato and yogurt sauce to your family and friends.
