
INGREDIENTS:
1litter milk,
4tbs clarified butter,
8-10 dry dates(boiled & sliced),
2tbs cashew nuts(sliced),
2tbs almonds(sliced),
1tbs raisins(washed),
2tbs pistachios(sliced),
1/2cup sugar,
1/2tbs cardamom poods powder,
40g vermicelli etc.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare dry nuts: First of all you turn on the flame, set a pane, add clarified butter(2tbs), let it melt. Add dates, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios and raisins, mix it well. And fry up to 2 mins. And set a side.
Prepare Vermicelli: Take another pane add butter and melt it. Add vermicelli and fry up to 2mins.And set aside.
Prepare milk: Take a separate pane add milk and boilit well. Cook milk until thicken well.
Combine all things: Add dry nuts in milk(reserve for later use), add sugar, cardamom poods powder and mix it well. Cook at medium flame for 4-5mins. Add vermicelli, mix it, cook it thickens until 6-8mins. Now add kewra water and cook till desired consistency. Sheer khurma is ready for garnishing.
GARNISHING: Garnish the sheer khurma with reseve nuts and dry rose petals.
And sheer khurma is ready for dinning.
