INSTRUCTIONS:

3/4cup sugar,

1/2cup conflour,

1pinch salt,

2tsp vanilla essence,

2 egg yolks,

1&1/2litter milk(full creamy),

40g butter,

100g dark chocolate(grated),

300g caramel biscuit’s,

1cup almonds(chopped),

1cup chocolate shavings etc.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare all mousses:

1.Vanilla mousse: First of all you take a thick bottom pane, add sugar, conflour, salt, vanilla essence, egg yolks, milk and whisk until well combine. Now turn on the flame and whisk continuously. And also cook until thickens(Approx. 12-14mins). Add butter and mix it well. Vanilla mousse is ready. Set a side.

2.Dark chocolate mousse: Take a bowl add dark chocolate, add 1/3vanilla mousse hot(reserve for later use) whisk until well combine. Let it cool completely. Set a side.

3.Caramel mousse: Take a grinder, add caramel biscuit’s and grind it well. Add half biscuit’s powder in bowl(reserve for later use), add vanilla mousse and whisk till well combine. Let it cool completely. And set aside.

4.Pipping bag: Transfer vanilla mousse, dark chocolate mousse and caramel mousse in pipping bags.

Assembling:

Take a glasses add crushed biscuits, chopped almonds make it layer, add caramel mousse, chocolate mousse, vanilla mousse and chocolate shavings. And chocolate mousses trifle glass is ready. Now prepare all glass similarly.
