
INGREDIENTS:
250g split chickpeas,
100g yellow split lentils,
250g chicken(minced),
1tbs red chilli powder,
1tbs salt,
1/2tbs turmeric powder,
1tbs cumin powder,
1tbs coriander powder,
1cup tomato(cubes),
2tbs ginger garlic paste,
1tbs green chilli(chopped),
2 onion(sliced),
2tbs green coriander leaves,
1tbs red chilli flakes,
500g rice,
1tbs lemon(sliced),
1tbs ginger(sliced),
1cup cooking oil etc.
INSTRUCTIONS:
BOIL ALL INGREDIENTS:
Chickpeas: First of all take a pane add chickpeas and some water and boil it well. And set aside.
Minced chicken: take a pane add minced chicken, salt and water and boil it well.
Yellow split lentils: Take a another pane and add water yellow split lentils and boil it well.
GRIND ALL INGREDIENTS: Take a grinder add minced chicken and grind it well. Similarly to chickpeas and yellow split lentils grind it well.
COOKING TIME:
Make Grave: Take a pane add cooking oil and heat it, add onion and cook till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste, tomato’s, green chilli’s and cook till4-5 mins. Add all masala’s and cook till 7-9 mins. Set aside.
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS:
Add minced chicken, chickpeas and yellow split lentils and cook it well till well combine thick and delicious
GARNISHING: Garnish the Halim with green coriander leaves, lemon sliced and ginger sliced.
SERVE: Sere halim with rice to your family and friends.
RICE RECIPE:
COOK RICE: Take a pane add rice, salt and water and cook till boil it well upto 20-25 mins. And set aside.
SERVE: Serve rice with halim to your family and friends.
