
INGREDIENTS:
1/2kg kalije,
2tbs ginger garlic paste,
1tbs green chilli paste,
1cup yogurt,
2 medium sized tomato(cubes),
1tbs salt(or to taste),
1/2tbs turmeric powder,
1tbs black pepper powder(or to taste),
1tsp cumin powder,
1tsp coriander powder,
1tbs lemon juice,
1tbs ginger sliced,
2tbs green coriander leaves,
1tbs lemon sliced etc.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash kalije: First of all you take a bowl add kalije and wash with normal water, and set aside.
Cook kalije: Take a pane add kalije and all masalas and 1glass water and cook on medium flame and cover the pane. And cook till water completely dry.
After this work add cooking oil, yogurt and cook 8-10 mins at high flame.
Garnishing: Garnish the dish with ginger-lemon sliced and coriander leaves and add lemon juice for best digesation.
Serve: Finally your kalije dish is ready for serving.
