INGREDIENTS:

1kg mutton,

1tbs salt(or to taste),

1tbs black pepper(or to taste),

1cup cooking oil,

6 tomatos(half sliced),

3tbs ginger garlic paste,

4 green chillis,

2tbs ginger(sliced),

2tbs green coriander leaves

1tbs lemon(sliced),

1liter water etc.

INSTRUCTIONS:

COOK SHINWARI KARAHI: First of all you take a pane add cooking oil, mutton then fry till changes color. Add salt and cook 20mins, cover the pane. Then add ginger garlic paste, water, tomatos and fry 20mins and cover the pane. Add green chilli, ginger(sliced), black pepper and cook 20mins. Finally karahi is ready for garnishing.

GARNISHING: Garnish the shinwari karahi with coriander leaves and lemon sliced and serve it.

SERVE: Serve the shinwari karahi to your family and friends and enjoy yourself.
