
INGREDIENTS:

2 big sized onion,
1tbs salt,
1tbs turmeric powder,
2tbs ginger garlic paste,
1tbs black pepper,
1tsp cumin powder,
1/2tbs coriander powder,
4 tomatos(sliced),
6 green chillis,
2tbs green coriander leaves,
1tbs ginger(sliced),
1tbs lemon(sliced),
1cup cooking oil etc.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook in pressure: First of all take pressure cooker add water, paya, onion, tomatos and all masala’s and cook till 25-30mins.
Grave: Take a pane add cooking oil, ginger garlic paste and cook till golden brown color. Then add some pinch of all masala’s and cook till 9-11mins .
Combine all things: Now add paya in grave and cook upto 20-30 mins. And set for garnishing.
Garnishing: Garnish the mutton paya with lemon ginger and coriander leaves.
Serve: Now you serve mutton paya with bread and enjoy paya with your family and friends.
