
INGREDIENTS:
2-3tbs cooking oil,
1tbs cumin seeds,
1 onion(chopped),
250g chiken boilled &shredded
1tbs black pepper piwder,
1/2tbs whole spieces powder,
1/2tbs red chilli powder,
1tbs salt,
4tbs green onion(chopped),
4tbs coriander leaves(chopped),
2 green chillis(chopped),
3tbs conflour,
Water(as required),
Samosa pati(as required),
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare paste: first of all take a bowl add conflour and water, mix it well and make a smooth paste. Set aside.
Prepare filling: Take a pane add cooking oil, cumin seeds, onion and fry till 3-4 mins. Now add chicken, salt, black peeper powder, red chilli powder, whole spieces powder, green onion, coriander leaves, green chillis mix it well andfry upto 7-9mins. Let it cool and set aside.
Fill samosa: Now take a samosa pati and make triangle shape and add filling and apply paste at eadges and close pati and set a side. Similarly to make all samosa’s and set a side
Fry samosa: Take a pane add cooking oil and samosa and fry till both sides show golden brown color.Similarly fry to all samosa’s.
Serve: Serve samosa with red sauce and white sauce.
