Ingredients:

1 kg chicken,

3 green chilis,

1-2 tsp ginger paste,

1-2 tsp garlic paste,

1 cream pack,

2 cup cooking oil,

2 onion medium sized(sliced),

Garnashion:

Ginger, lemon and also use green dhaniya for garnashion. These ingredients are use in white handi for garnashion. And these ingredients are you cut in sliced shape because use these ingredients for garnashion.

Instructions:

Prepare white handi:

Firstly you turn on the flame and put a pane and also add in cooking oil in pane and heat it. Now you add chicken and cooked 15-20 min, after these time you add ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilis and onion and cooked it 5-7 mins . After this work you add final ingredient means cream pack and cooked 7-9 mins. Now your white handi is prepare for eating.

Preparation for serving:

Now you need a boul/dish/otherpane who you use for serving you add white handi and garnashion with the help of garnashion ingredients(lemon, ginger and dhaniya). Now your white handi is completely ready for dinning serving.

Now you eat white handi with your family and enjoy white handi.
