INGREDIENTS:

1big sized Mango(cubes),

2cup coconut powder,

1tsp cardamom powder,

2tbs sugar,

2tbs ghee,

1/2cup milk powder,

2tbs pistachios(cut pieces),

2tbs almonds(cut pieces) etc.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Use of Mango: First of all add mango cubes, sugar, cardamom powder and grind it well.

Use of coconut powder: Take a pane add ghee and melt it, add coconut powder and fry 2-3mins(medium flame) and add mango mixture, add milk powder and mix it well. Fry till all ingredients are combine together, add almonds, pistachios and mix it, and pane release this mixture, so set aside for chill.

Shape: Now make a circule shape and dip in coconut powder.

SERVE: Now mango coconut ladoo is ready for serving.
