Ingredients:

1 kg chicken,

2 medium sized onion(sliced),

2-3 lemon(sliced),

1 tomato,

3 green chilis,

1-2 tsp ginger paste

1-2 tsp garlic paste,

1 tsp red chili flakes,

2 tsp salt(as per taste),

1/2 tsp haldi,

1/2 tsp garam masala,

2-3 tsp biryani masala,

1 cup yogurt(optional),

1kg basmati rice etc.

Instructions:

Prepare chicken:

Firstly you wash the chicken and cut the onion in sliced and add the cooking oil in pane and turn on the flame . Now add the onion and cooked until onion shows light brown color. Then you add chicken and cooked 7-9 mins and you add ginger garlic paste and cooked 2-3 mins ,and now add tomato,yogurt, red chili flakes , salt, haldi , garam masala , biryani masala and cooked and now add water 1-2 glass for cooking and cooked 20-25 min for best cooking. After this time your chicken is prepare for usage.

Prepare rice:

You wash the rice.Then you turn on the flame and put a pane for rice boilling and add water and heat it .Now add rice and boil it.

Layering time:

You need a big pane for layering. Now you add come chicken then add some rice and again add chicken and again add rice and again add chicken and some lemon sliced and some green dhania and green chilis and again add rice and add some food color (minimum) and now you close the pane with the help of pane outfit and you turn on flame minimum and you cooked it 15-17 min for dum .Then your biryani is ready for eating.

You serve biryani with raita on your dinning and enjoy your biryani with your family.
