INGREDIENTS:

5-8big chicken pieces,

4tbs yogurt,

1/2tbs ginger garlic paste,

1&1/2tbs cumin seeds(crushed),

1/2tbs red chilli,

1tsp chaat masala,

1/2tsp red kashmeri red chilli,

1/2tbs garam masala,

1&1/2tsp coriander seeds(crushed),

1&1/2tsp salt(or to taste),

1/4tsp yellow food color,

2tsp lemon juice,

2-3 salad leaves,

7-8 ginger sliced,

4-5 lemon sliced,

1/4cup coriander leaves,

1tbs olive oil etc.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare ingredients:

1.Chicken: First of all take a chicken pieces and apply cut on the pieces and set a side.

2.Marinating yogurt: Take a bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, red chilli, salt, coriander leaves, garam masala, chaat masala, red kashmeri chilli, lemon juice, yellow food color and mix until well combine.

3.Marinate chicken: Apply marinated yogurt at chicken pieces well. And take a rest up to 4 hours and overnight in refrigerator.

COOKING TIME:

I have 2 options to cook chicken at home. I discriebe below:

Option 1: Take a grill and cook until both sides are done.

Option 2: Add chicken in preheated oven for 30-40mins at 180temperature.

GARNISHING: Garnish the chicken tikka with coriander leaves, lemon sliced, ginger sliced and also salad leaves.
