Ingredients:
1&1/2tbs onion powder,
2tsp paprika powder,
1/2tbs dried oregano,
1tbs garlic powder,
1/2tbs black pepper powder,
1tbs himalaiyan pink salt(or to taste),
1/2tbs sugar,
1tbs red chilli powder(or to taste),
1tbs cumin powder,
1&1/2 cup water,
1/2cup milk powder,
100ml cream(Room temperature),
1cup cooking oil,
400g chicken(boneless cubes),
1&1/2tbs lemon juice,
1medium yellow bell pepper,
1medium red bell pepper,
250g Elbow macroni(boiled with salt),
1medium onion,
1medium capsicum cubes.,
100g cheddar cheese,
100g mozzarella cheese,
1tbs fresh coriander leaves etc.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare mixtures using in pasta:
1. Fajita seasoning: Take a bowl, add onion powder, paprika powder, dried oregano, sugar, garlic powder, black pepper powder, himalaiyan pink salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and mix it well.
2.Mac & cheese: Now take a bowl, add water, milk powder, cream and whisk until well combine. Set aside.
COOKING TIME:
Cook Chicken: Take a pane add oil and heat it. Add chicken and cook until changing color, add prepare fajita seasoning half quantity, lemon juice and cook 4-5 mins and set aside.
Cook vages: Take a bowl add cooking oil and heat it. Add yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, capsicum, remaining fajita seasoning and cook at medium flame for 2-3 mins.
Combine all ingredients: Add mec and cheese mixture in veges and cook at medium flame until1-2 mins. Add elbow macroni, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cook until cheese melts well. Also add chicken and cooked 1-2 mins. And your pasta is ready for garnishing.
GARNISHING: Add coriander leaves at pasta for garnishing.
