
INGREDIENTS:
1kg potato,
1cup tomato ketchup,
1cup mayonaise,
1tbs black pepper,
1tsp salt,
1/4 cup chaat masala etc.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare all ingredients:
1.Potato cutting: First of all you out the layer of upper layer. Now cut in sliced in equal size and cut finger size sliced. Now take a bowl and add potatos add 1tbs salt and marinate 3-4 mins. After this purpose wash the potato’s and set aside.
2.Fry potato’s: Take a pane add oil and fry potato’s till light golden brown color.
3.Sauces: You can use ready made tomato ketchup.
4.White sauce: You need a bowl add mayoniz, black pepper, salt and mix it well. And your sauce is ready.
GARNISHING: Now garnish the potato’s finger with chaat masala(2tbs).
SERVE: Now serve potato finger’s with red and white sauce.
