Ingredients:

2 cup water,

2 cup flour,

3 potato(medium sized),

1 tbsp red chili,

2 green chilis,

1 tbsp salt,

1/2 tbsp haldi,

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 cup cooking oil,

Green leaves(as required),

1 tsp garam masala etc.

Instructions:

Prepare dough: Firstly you take a bowl, add flour and some water and little salt and make a soft dough. And set aside.

Prepare potato: First of all you boil the potato and crushed it well.

Prepare mixture: Now take a bowl, add crushed potato, salt, red chili, haldi, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and green leaves and mixed until well combine.

Cooking time:

Rolling: you take small portion of dough, and create a cup shape with the help of rolling pin.

Filling: Fill the paratha with mixture.

Cooked paratha: Now you turn on the flame and set a pan(tava), and grease with ghee or oil. Now cook paratha at pan and cooked until both sides are light brown and crispy.

Tips:

1.Use cool potato,

2.Don’t over felling,

3.Don’t over cook.

Serve:

You serve aloo paratha to your family and friends because your paratha is ready for serving. With yogurt sauce(raita).
