Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken mince,
2 tbs ginger garlic paste,
2 tbs red chili powder,
1/2 tbs cumin powder,
1 tbs salt(or to taste),
1 tbs green chili(chopped),
2 tbs coriander leaves(chopped),
3-4 tbs gram flour(roasted),
7-8 almonds,
7-8 cashew nuts,
1 cup water,
1-2 cup cooking oil,
1tbs coriander powder,
1/4 cup onion paste,
1 cup tomato paste,
1tsp turmeric powder,
1tsp ginger(sliced),
1 tsp lemon(sliced),
1tsp garam masala,
1 tsp kashmeri red chili
1/2 cup yogurtetc.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare almonds and cashew paste: First of all add almonds, cashew nuts and water in grinder and grind it well.
combine all things: You take a bowl, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, tsp red chili, tsp cumin powder, green chili, coriander leaves, gram flour, and mix until well combine.
Prepare shape: Now you garesa your hand with cooking oil, and make cube shape kofta’s.
cook kofta’s: You turn on the flame, set a pane, add cooking oil and heat it. Now add kofta’s and cooked until both sides are golden brown.
Prepare grave: You take a pane add cooking oil and heat it, add onion paste, tomato paste, ginger garlic paste and cooked 4-5 mins. Add red chili, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, kashmeri red chili and cook 2 mins. Add yogurt, almonds and cashew paste and cooked 2-3 mins.
Combine grave and kofta: Add kofta in grave and cooked 2-3 mins, add water as required and cooked 9-15 mins.
GARNISHING: Now garnishing the kofta with coriander leaves, lemon, ginger. Your chicken kofta is ready.
SERVE: Now you serve at dinning and enjoy with your family and friends.
